Wholeleaf tea + infusions

whole-leaf tea & caffeine free infusions

All of our whole-leaf tea is ethically sourced from tea plantations and individual tea gardens in the world’s major tea-growing nations.

Working with UK based merchants such as ESTATE TEA CO and TRUMPERS TEA, we are able to attest to the provenance of each tea we serve and sell on retail. Our full range of teas include Black, Green, Oolong & White, and our herbal infusions provide floral and fruity, caffeine-free alternatives.

Each of our teas and infusions is served in either a ‘stump’ teapot, or a glass tea-eire, and for each preparation we weigh the leaves and water before presenting it with a carafe and timer so that you can decant the tea once it has reached the perfect infusion.

We love to talk about tea, and the stories behind them, so if you need any further information, please don’t be afraid to ask. With so many fantastic teas to choose from we are happy to make a recommendation according to your tastes – or why not try something new today> You might be pleasantly surprised!

On the other hand, if it’s just a ‘damned good cuppa’ you’re after, then you can’t go wrong with our house “Bean & Bud Blend”. This classic breakfast tea is blended specifically for us to provide a clean and refreshing brew that works well on its own, or with a splash of milk. It isn’t available anywhere else, but you can pick up a bag from our retail shelves in the shop!

Green Tea

Dark Roast Hojicha

(ESTATE TEA CO)

This Hojicha is made by slowly roasting the hardier autumn leaves and stems (bancha) of the tea plant. The high heat and longer roasting breaks down a large portion of the caffeine and tannin present in this tea. This Hojicha is produced by the Sugimoto family, who are 14th generation tea farmers based in Uji, Kyoto, Japan.

(Retail Tin: £15.00 – Refill Bag: £12.00)

Jasmine Dragon Pearls

(ESTATE TEA CO)

Pinhead Gunpowder
